We understand life happens. If you can no longer keep your appointment for an individual service, let us know at least 24 hours prior and we’ll be happy to reschedule you any time in the next thirty days. If you can no longer start or continue with a program as scheduled, we will work with you to delay or pause your program up to 90 days. 

Failure to keep an appointment with no notice will forfeit the appointment fee.
